Okay, I did it.  I took the plunge, typed in my debit card number, and finally registered.  I've been holding off on doing in just in case I couldn't go for whatever reason, but I couldn't hold off any longer.

I got the general registration, and added the Halloween Ball.  I didn't sign up for Professional Quidditch because it would cut right through the H/D Roundtable discussion (and I'm SO excited about that!!!), and because it would effectively take up the entire day on Saturday.  I'm still thinking about it though.  I WANT to do it.  ARGH!  What should I do?

I also want to know what events other people are attending, such as the luncheons and fancy dinners.  They're SO expensive, but I want to go to things that other people are attending.  *wibble*  If any of you are going, let me know which events you'll be at.

Anyhow, I'm very excited, and all keyed up.  I hope to see lots of you there!  SQUEE!  *is silly right now*

I'm scared it'll be too geeky, that I won't know anyone, that I'll be the youngest person there (I'm fifteen), and that I'll just be overwhelmed by the amount of people.
If you can convince me otherwise, I'll register. If it's not too late.

Well, we're all a little bit geeky, in our own ways, but we're also a bunch of otherwise normal, fun-loving people. The whole point of the weekend will be to throw our Muggle-world cares away, forget about the mundane, and to let ourselves just get totally submerged in the experience. It's a chance to really meet people with common interests (very few people there will know each other in RL ahead of time), and I don't see any problems with accepting people of different ages. People are going to be as young as you, and as old as mid-50s. The only point is that we're all Potter fans, and there's going to be something different there for every interest within the Potterverse.

Might that convince you, or shall I elaborate? :D
