Just leaving links to the artwork I uploaded. Some of them are just rough sketches. Some of them are complete. ALL of them were rush-jobs. Sadly, I didn't really have time to nit-pick like I usually do, and I'm not totally satisfied with them. Either way, here they are.

Date: 2004-10-10 10:47 pm (UTC)DracoRiver I think it would have been better if you kept the sketchy/grainy coloring through the whole piece. The leaves brush thing looks kinda weird. Like either keep it all sketchy, or all CG...or blend the two together seamlessly.
Like in this picture:

She used the same leaf brush thing but she made it blend into the background, or the overall texture of the piece, so it doesn't stand out as much.
DracoTeddy looks more complete since it's all in one texture...you just need to work on the contrast. I absolutely adore the teddybear though. The shadowing looks good, and the texture of your coloring fits in with the texture of the teddybear.
StabScene--I really like the tone of the piece and I think of all your pictures, it shows off your style the most. The necks may be too short though.
UnderTheCloak...On one hand, I don't completely like the sketchy texture of the majority of the piece, and then the sudden smoothness of the cloak. But then it's the invisiblily cloak and it just makes sense for it to have that shiny smoothness. On first glance, I didn't like it that much, but as I keep on going back to it, I like it more and more. ^^ I think the CG smoothness actually works in this case. The whole lalalasymbolism thing.
HarryTowel. Hmmm, I guess the pose is a little stiff, and the arms are too long, but otherwise it looks pretty good.
LuciusMalfoy. I don't know why, but this one is my fave of the pictures you posted up. The area from the bottom of the nose to the chin is supposedly out of proportion, but I think it fits his face well.
Overall I think you need to work on your coloring and proportions, but otherwise you've developed your own style that really grows on you and fits the Harry Potter series...
O-O Umm...I hope that's the kind of feedback you wanted. If not, sorry ^^;
By the way, Eclipse is probably my fave Harry Potter fanfic. It's absolutely great. I'll probably reread it sometime and review ^^;

BW: Draco's hair in the colour version is very pretty.
Draco River: I like how his clothes are all grainy. It makes it look a bit more like he's been living in the forest for days, gives the trousers a slightly muddier look.
Teddy: HURRAH, YOU DREW ME THE TEDDY!!! <333 Oh, how I love the teddy. This makes me very happy. *rejoices*
Under the Cloak: Wow. All right, despite my extreme and abiding love for the teddy (*clings to the teddy*), this has to be my favourite of these pictures. The darkness. The rain like shooting stars. The shiny cloak. The way it fades to black at the edges. There are a few places around the boys where you might want to brush up the Invisibility Cloak when you have some time, but otherwise... it's just beautiful.
Wah, I fear your Lucius. *hides under bed*
Now I must go back and stare at the Invisibility Cloak one some more. Pretty... :)
