Best way to backup my LJ?

I've done some searching, and I found what seem to be several different ways to backup my LJ.  Can anyone please tell me what the best program/method is?  I want to back it up... before I post some artwork.  *devious laugh*

In what fashion would you like to save it? I favor LJ Book (http://www.ljbook.com/) which exports into a PDF and preserves comments. :)

I heard a weird rumor about some of those programs sometimes erasing all your entries. Is this a valid concern?

I want to back up my LJ but I don't know who to trust.

I've used LJBook literally over a dozen times at this point with nary a hitch. LJ-Sec is the one that warns about backing up your journal before using it.

Okay, here I go again, but... I'm completely confused. I went to LJ-SEC, and to LJ Archive, and there are these huge files to download, and I'm not sure which ones to get, or how to do it. Is there any way to copy my LJ into my IJ? Can I beg anyone else to do this for me? *whimpers a bit*

Are there any options for Mac users? My desktop computer, which I use most is a Mac. I have a PC laptop, but that is mostly for word processing (ie. writing porn) and email/internet when I travel. So I would prefer a Mac program, but could suffer through PC if needed

Go here. Follow the directions, only put a pound sign (#) in front of the "communities:" part in the source and destination sections and put a 0 after "migrage-community-posts-by-others" instead of a 1 if you have no communities you wish to move/back up. Either way, you'll want to use the first "./ljmigrate.py" to run the program.
