Best way to backup my LJ?

I've done some searching, and I found what seem to be several different ways to backup my LJ. Can anyone please tell me what the best program/method is? I want to back it up... before I post some artwork. *devious laugh*

Follow the directions, only put a pound sign (#) in front of the "communities:" part in the source and destination sections and put a 0 after "migrage-community-posts-by-others" instead of a 1 if you have no communities you wish to move/back up. Either way, you'll want to use the first "./ljmigrate.py" to run the program.
