Wrock Chicago Tickets *needs*

I need a ticket to Wrock Chicago, the wizard rock concert coinciding with Terminus.  I just need one ticket.

I hadn't originally decided to go.  I'd thought about it, but Fi wasn't going, and I was wavering on the edge, and it slipped my mind.  Fi reminded me about the deadline, and again, it slipped my mind.  (Yes, I have some major stuff going on right now to distract me, but that's an excuse, and it doesn't help.)

So, voldiebeth and I were on the phone, and she wants to make sure I'm coming to the Wrock Concert because of... well... stuff.  Bigger, badder, and more important than previous concerts.  I was completely unaware of it because I've been MIA from the internet lately.  I told her that I didn't have a ticket... and remembered that the deadline had passed.

So now, I'm screwed unless I can find a ticket.

If you have a ticket but you don't care so much about going, or if you know someone who bought a Wrock ticket but decided not to go, or who can't get to Chicago in time, or is selling their registration and Wrock ticket and will sell separately...please let me know.

EDITED TO ADD:  Despite the fact that I'd read the page more than once, I didn't notice that they're going to be selling some tickets at the door.  So I'm not completely screwed, as long as I'm early in line.  Still... I'd rather have a ticket ahead of time, just in case.  *sigh*

as far as i can tell, you can add it to your termius ticket on the site right now. the deadline was for purchasing new tickets to terminus, not altering your already bought ticket.

failing that, i'd almost guarantee you'll be able to buy them at the door.

I tried to add it to my ticket, but it wouldn't let me. The deadline included modification of tickets and reservations.

However, I DID just find this part:

At this time, online registration has closed for all ticket purchases. Tickets to Wrock Chicago, the Bon Voyage Ball and Potter Future: The Changing Face of Fantasy Literature will be available at the door, which is located in the Astoria Room on the third floor of the Hilton Chicago Hotel. Wrock Chicago tickets will be available beginning at 9:00 am on Wednesday...

So, I guess I'll be able to get a ticket there. I'd LOOKED for that, but for some reason, I didn't see it the first three times I read it. *headdesk*

I honestly don't give a shit about Wizard Rock. The only band I really like is Draco and the Malfoys. I mostly go to hang out with friends, and I was planning to do other stuff this time, not realizing that some of my friends had planned on me being there automatically.

well, i couldn't find the details either when i looked, i just know things weren't sold out and that narrate conferences was great about accommodating folk at the last conference. i'm sure it'll be fine. [*nods*]
