Greetings all...
After waking up this morning at 7:30 AM, when I only got to sleep after 2:00 last night, because my stomach hurt, I've come to a striking conclusion:
I am NEVER eating Indian food again. *growls*
So, all the latest in my life:
Yes, I'm still working on "Baseball Slash." I hope to finish it very soon. Hopefully, I'll get some inspiration today. My mother, sister, and I are continuing our tradition we started last Easter of spending this prestigious Christian holiday at the most holy temple of worship in the region, if not the country - Fenway Park. We've got tickets to the Red Sox game. SQUEE! Very excited. It's the first game I'll be attending this season. Of course for the previous three seasons, I was there for Opening Day, but alas, this year, things didn't pan out.
In the next news, I've joined hp_boston, which is the new local Harry Potter fangroup around the Boston area. I already knew a couple of the people who are going to be involved, but the vast majority of them, I've only seen their screen names around, or not at all. Yay! New fandom people! *bounces*
And speaking of new fandom people, I seem to have fallen in with the Malfoy clan. A Potter? Hanging out with the Malfoys? Or what about moving into Malfoy Manor, in a sense?
As soon as I can find a person to move into the room I'm currently renting in Arlington, I'll be heading a couple of towns over to move in with
alabastard,
draco_p_malfoy, and Dobby, whose LJ name I don't actually know! *meep* If nothing else, life will certainly be interesting. Definitely not "normal", but normal people scare me. Actually, aside from the occasional Gryffidor/Slytherin taunts, we seem to get along quite well. I think this will be quite a good thing, and I can't wait to be moved in, and for Draco to finally get here from England.
Anyhow, I'm going to run to the store and get ready for the game. Red Sox! Peanuts, cracker jacks, Fenway Franks, ice cold beer... and BASEBALL. Aaaah, life is good.
