Kansas City Star Trek Meetup TOMORROW!
Nov. 20th, 2009 12:22 pmWe're barely 24 hours out from the first large-scale meetup for the Kansas City Star Trek group. To make sure everyone is on the same page, here's our last-minute summary and planning post.
THE PLAN:
At 2:00 PM, we meet at McCoy's in Westport. This is a brewery/restaurant. The website for the place is HERE if you want to scope it out first. The address is:
4057 Pennsylvania Ave., Kansas City, MO 64111
After we eat, drink, and be merry, we'll proceed to my house which is about 1.5 miles away. At my place, the fun continues with a screening of the new DVD and special features, and then some old-school TOS or one of the older movies. (Does anyone have a blu-ray player?)
The party ends when we collapse from the sheer exhaustion of squeeing all night.
