SURVEY! Data needed for thesis paper. (Takes 5 minutes.)

Hello F-List!

My sister is in England right now, finishing her Master's Degree.  She's almost done, and is in the process of finishing up her thesis.  She needs data, and has designed a short survey.  Now, she just needs people to fill it out!  The only requirements - you must be a citizen of the USA or the UK. 

* Your answers will be kept CONFIDENTIAL, and will be used as general data for academic research.
* Your information (ie. e-mail address) will NEVER be shared.  She doesn't even ask for your name.
* It will only take about 5 minutes.

***DON'T POST THE ANSWERS ON MY LIVEJOURNAL!  Send your answers in an e-mail.  It's supposed to be confidential!***

 

Here's a letter from my sister, and the survey itself.

I'm working on my master's degree in forensic science at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK... and if you didn't, you know now. My thesis is titled "A Study of Prescription Narcotics: UK versus US addiction trends." Due to the nature of the subject, the only practical research I can do is in survey form.

Here's what you need to know:
- Your identity and information pertaining to medical records will be anonymous in the thesis, and your answers are confidential.
- Answers will be recorded in a database and analyzed statistically. Statistics of the group will be used. No individual or identifying answers will be used.

5. *DO NOT RESEARCH THIS ANSWER IN ANY WAY, PLEASE ANSWER OUT OF YOUR HEAD.* Please list any and all opiate (i.e. narcotic) painkillers that you know of which are available by prescription.

I just read "Last Man Standing." WOW! I'm not a huge H/D fan - it just depends on the scenario I suppose - but I really like the dynamic you set up in the tale! Any chance there are more H/D stories set in that universe?

Is there a list of all your stories anywhere? I'd love to read more of them.
