Here's a short (two minute) video, in which a few key statistics about gender inequality worldwide are given with striking directness, and the dynamic of gender bias is illustrated with equal starkness by Daniel Craig.  You should watch it.

Now that you've watched it... take a peek at this article, which rips apart the misogyny displayed by the MRA ("men's rights") bigots in response to the video.    

Anyway, kudos to Daniel Craig.  My respect to the people who made this video.  I hope people will process the information presented therein.  And a giant "fuck you" to the MRA bigots.

And kudos as well to Dame Judith Dench without whose voice the message would never come across. It has amused/disconcerted me to see how Daniel, as wonderful as he is in this, seems to be getting all the praise for this.

Personally, I just tend to not notice celebrities in general. It's just that the screaming from the bigots was in regards to Man In Dress. Should I credit the voice actor who did the reading in my post?

I did when I posted it. Since it was a partnership between the two of them, his image and her voice.

I don't pay attention to popular celebrities AT ALL, I mean, in those "best dressed" and all that stuff, I rarely know who any of those lithe young things are, male OR female. But Judy Dench is not only an amazing actress (played the hell out of Queen Elizabeth in "Shakespeare in Love" amongst other things) but she is also the widow of Sir Lawrence Olivier. Amazing woman who has managed to make a sterling film career on her own after the age of 50. My hat's off to her.

Hey. Judi Dench is one of my favourite actors too, but unless you are making a subtle reference to a film or play they starred in together, Judi Dench or Laurence Olivier were never married.

Well to be honest, they have peformed together on stage and are of the same type of traditional acting heritage within British theatre. Beside, Judi Dench has won so many Laurence Olivier awards for her work on the stage, you could say she is married to his memory in some way. :)

I joke around than MRA guys are probably a bunch of bitter divorced guys who want to blame the feminists/women in general as a whole instead of looking inside themselves and wondering why they're not happy in their lives. It's easier to blame other people than to blame yourself.
