Sure, the quiz was so obvious that I could have answered to skew the results, but I swear, I just answered honestly:

Date: 2011-01-12 10:36 pm (UTC)I told the thing I'd taken the Hippocratic Oath, not because I have but because I like it and it's similar enough, I decided, to the American Librarian Association's Code of Ethics. Which is cheating a little, perhaps.
I also have a nice speaking voice (Picard), empathy and a fondness for chocolate (Troi), frequently take messages for people (Uhura), and have low self-esteem (the poor expendable character, I assume).
Anyway, that's my theory.

Date: 2011-01-12 10:39 pm (UTC)See, with the "low self-esteem," my brain immediately went to Lieutenant Barkley from TNG. I always loved episodes with that guy.
And that's a fair theory. *grins*

Date: 2011-01-12 10:47 pm (UTC)I thought of Barclay too! I guess he's too minor a character to make the list. I liked him as well.
All I knew, as I was answering questions, was that I was not getting Sulu. I love the guy, but we have nothing in common it would seem. Plants die when I touch them.

Can't really believe it, but I like it. :) Shame I still haven't watched TNG, though, as it would make this infinitely funnier.

You are An Expendable Character (Redshirt)
and you are rarely thought of, you are expendable.
That doesn't mean your job isn't important but if you
were in Star Trek you would be killed off in the first
episode you appeared in.
