Harry/Snape is playing right into their hands; besides, it's icky.
Harry/Draco with the Happy 18th banner to whichever of them is younger would be more irritating because it would be legal.
Or if you want squicky
and
legal, big-eyed anime versions of
anybody
look creepily young; so how about Xenophilius Lovegood/Elphias Doge?
