I'm in a somewhat similar situation: female, but on very basic levels I self-identify as male and gay. I like women, and they're fun, but i really prefer men.

Thought about being MtF. Decided it was too much trouble, as tomboys are accepted in society and I'm used to people completely misunderstanding who I am inside.
