I'm so happy that you liked it. I seriously debated adding that bit about the universe trying to right itself. I didn't want it to seem contrived - more like the continuation of the random musing that Pike had the previous night while sitting on the bridge of the Enterprise, when he thought about what the Kelvin might have changed. His thought about things just seeming to work out. I'm so glad that it worked out, and glad that it made an impact. I was worried that because this was nothing more than a fill-in-the-blanks, missing-scenes fic, it wouldn't have much impact.

And also very glad that the little hints about AAtKM worked, and that people picked up on them. I wanted to make it subtle, but definitely part of that universe.
