Masterlist: Harry Potter Fic and Art

I should have made a sticky post with links to my fics and artwork ages ago.  So, here they are!  The art is currently posted on my Yahoo group, but I'll try to find an archive where I'd like to post it all, including NC-17 art.  I've got a few unfinished pieces that I'm going to try to finish and post soon, too, but for now, here's what there is.

"Eclipse", H/D, PG-13 or "soft" R (Rated for violence and language, not sexual content.)
Summary: "You're dead, Potter... I'm going to make you pay..." Draco swore his revenge on Harry for Lucius's imprisonment, and Harry all but laughed at him. But Draco is planning more than schoolyard pranks this time. The old rivalry turns deadly when Draco abducts Harry for Voldemort. It's the perfect plan, guaranteeing revenge, power, and prestige, all in one blow. But, when Draco's world turns upside down, the fight to save himself and Harry begins, and the battle will take them both through hell and back. If they come back.
(Also read "Eclipse: Interlude", set between chapters 8 and 9 of "Eclipse".)

"Convergence", H/D, PG-13 (Sequel to "Eclipse")
Summary: Everything should have been perfect, but life never is. When Draco is faced with the choice between what is right and what is easy, he risks losing everything – Harry, the war, and even himself. Despite the warnings and the risks, Harry isn't about to give up on the boy who was once willing to die to save him. However, what Harry doesn't know and what Draco can't remember may destroy them both.

"Only Your Shadow", PG-13, Harry and Draco, not actual "slash".
Summary: Draco sets Harry up for an ambush, but revenge isn't enough. He wants to see Harry fall for himself, and he wants Harry to know, when it's all over, that Draco Malfoy finally beat him. So, Draco decides to shadow Harry all day... but he gets much more than he bargained for. Never get too close to your enemy; you might mistake him for a human being.

"Baseball Slash", PG-13, H/D, unrequited Jeter/A-Rod.
Summary: Harry gets drunk on ballpark beer. Draco gets in a fight with a Red Sox fan. Voldemort plays shortstop for the Yankees. Fun is had by all. (Crackfic!Warning: Contains Americanisms, beer, peanuts, Highly Improbable Coincidences, more beer, bumbling villains, and a blatant self-insert.)

"STOP THE WORLD! (I Wanna Get Off.)", PG-13, H/D-ish.
Summary: In which Harry quits in spectacular fashion. Nobody is happy about it... not even Draco Malfoy. (Written before HBP. Sixth year.)

"Sincerely, Harry Potter", PG-13, non-ship.
Summary: Harry writes a letter.

"All Hallows Eve", PG-13, non-ship.
Summary: On the night when the veil between life and death is thinnest, and the Dead can speak to us, Harry searches for the truth.

"Wandlore", H/D/-S, NC-17, Written for empathic_siren in merry_smutmas.
Summary: Harry has a bit of a wand problem. Draco may be able to help him with the solution.
Warnings: BDSM, to include "the basics," plus a very tiny bit of bloodplay.  Don't let it scare you off though.

"Liaison", H/D, H/S, H/D/-S, NC-17,
Summary: Draco returns to Hogwarts on a business assignment and comes nose-to-nose with a piece of the past he'd been avoiding.

"Switch", H/D, NC-17
Summary: Draco helps Harry through his worst fear

"Last Man Standing", H/D, H/F/G, NC-17, written for [livejournal.com profile] merry_smutmas.
Summary: With the war dragging on, and a miserable late-winter storm raging outside Twelve Grimmauld Place, Harry needs a distraction. However, he quickly finds that he's a distraction for somebody else.

"In Plain Sight", H/D, NC-17, written for [livejournal.com profile] hd_holidays
Summary: Draco has taken up sanctuary in a disused section of Twelve Grimmauld Place. Nobody knows he's there except Harry, so to keep him from going insane, Harry lends Draco his Invisibility Cloak. Draco finds a new hobby… and discovers a kink he didn't know he had.

"Touch", H/D, NC-17, my first attempt at smut.  Bite-sized porn - have a nibble.

"Not a Love Poem", H/D (unrequited), PG-13, written for [livejournal.com profile] starflowers's birthday.
Summary: Draco doesn't write a love poem.

ARTWORK, is posted on my Yahoo group, "Beyond_the_Eclipse", under the Photos link.  NC-17 art is not currently posted, but I'll try to get things posted soon.  I've got one posted on my LJ pics.

And on another note - feel free to friend me, but if I don't know you, please don't be offended if I don't friend you back.  I don't live on my f-list anyway, and there would be no point in me adding you if I don't even know who you are.  That doesn't mean you can't introduce yourself though!  I'm friendly, and I don't bite... hard.  ;)

The sun's coming up in a few minutes and work's going to suck tomorrow, but I simply could not stop reading "Eclipse." What an incredible story! I know it's been posted for ages, but I'm new to the HP community and just feeling my way around through stories that friends have recced, and I wanted to let you know that this is one of the best things I've read in any fandom. I'm so impressed with the depths that you explore in Harry's and (especially) Draco's personality. In fact, that's what kept me up so late -- most fics I'll skim through, but I was processing what you'd written and putting it in the context of the books ... and growing more and more impressed with every chapter that passed. So yeah, I'm gushing, but I just want to say "well done!" and that I'm friending you so I don't miss any of your future stories.

Thank you! *blushes* I'm at Sectus right now, in London, and I don't have easy access to the internet right now, but I'm glad I checked my e-mail today! It always makes my day to hear that someone enjoyed my fic.

I'm working on the sequel, and once I've read through Deathly Hallows (TONIGHT!!!) I'll begin writing Convergence again.

I'm curious... how did you come to the HP fandom, slash, and my fic in particular? I'm always curious. :)

Oooh, I'm excited to hear you'll be writing more in this series. I have to confess something ... as I got up to around chapter 8, 9 of "Eclipse", I started getting impatient for the smut. I think most writers would have caved and tossed it in there. But you didn't, and after reading the whole thing I believe you made the right choice. The closeness that the boys developed was so gradual and subtle, two steps forward and one step back most of the time, and smut would have forced it unnaturally. Much as I do love the pretty boys, I'm glad you didn't go there. Yet.

As for me, I (consciously) discovered slash years ago at the Library of Moria, then after awhile stumbled on over to LiveJournal. I just recently found the HP fandom ... to be honest, I always avoided it because of the politics (I'd heard that they eat fangirls for breakfast), but a friend [livejournal.com profile] sarcasticchick always recs me the best stories (she got me into SGA that way without my ever having seen the show). Because I love Resonant's writing she convinced me to read "Transfigurations" and I fell head over heels in love with Draco. I followed a few of her and other friends' recs: Emma Grant's work, Maxine's "Starts With a Spin," and then on <http://community.livejournal.com/harrydraco/3772870.html?nc=10">harrydraco I saw a rec for your story. The premise was so different from the others I'd seen that I had to read it right away. I adore the long, complex plots, and like I said before I love the exploration of Draco's background and psyche.

And I only hope that JKR loves him as well. There must be some redemption for him in Deathly Hollows -- otherwise she'll be saying that prejudice is fine as long as you're on the "right" side.

Have fun reading! I do hope it inspires your muse!
