Alright, so I'm the worst sort of reader, a window shopper, the one that goes around just taking it all in and never commenting. But I've got to say: I'm absolutely loving this story.

I'm the kind of person who enjoys a creative planet-side mission, plot, thick use of characterization, drama, spot-on dialogue and adventure. After reading part one, I made sure to bookmark the link so I could find the rest of this story... because this is exactly the sort of story that I've been looking for all along!

I'm visually in every moment. I adored McCoy's POV and found Spock's just as excellent. The conversation between those two seemed a great way to accelerate the Reboot McCoy & Spock to an equal (or better) understanding of each other. The emotions were perfect.

"Sulu, what are you doing here?"
Sulu spun his chair towards them and gave a subdued smile.

Also, bonus Sulu! I have to admit, I really liked the chair swiveling moment--because he seemed to do that a lot in the film. And I can almost picture him nervously doing half swivels if the bridge action is too dull or too intense.

Little details. Big stuff. Well done. Much enjoying this.
